As for today, well it was supposed to be a weigh in day, however I forgot until I was already driving to work. I woke up late and and to fly around the house to get out on time and Brady to school. No worries, I will just weigh myself tomorrow. My eating today was good as my breakfast and lunch were back to there old ways. I got out of work early, so we decided to go out to Serrano's for some Mexican food. We were at the restaurant just before 5pm, yeah I know what your thinking. Are we 80? Dawn and I shared the chicken fajitas, it was perfect.
No exercise again tonight because of how I'm feeling. Maybe tomorrow, but I don't want to push it if I'm not feeling good. No need to get worse.
