Day 50

Wow its been 50 days, can you say amazing!  Other then that, the rest of the day was pretty normal.  I did really good today because I knew there was another weigh in day tomorrow.  I really want to be in the 220's and I hope tomorrow is finally the day that happens.  As for my eating today, well like I said it was a good day (plus exercise).

  • Breakfast:  Protein Shake
  • Morning Snack:  Yogurt Cup
  • Lunch:  Grilled Chicken & Broccoli
  • Afternoon Snack:  Apple
  • Dinner:  Tuna Sandwich (home made)
  • Exercise:  Run (20 minutes, 1.4 miles) & Situps
  • Weight:  n/a
